Return Policy We understand the importance of your satisfaction with our products. Our return policy is structured to ensure fairness while upholding the high standards of our products and services.

  1. Eligibility for Returns: Returns at CTM Woodworx are accepted exclusively in the case of manufacturing defects. If you believe your cutting board has a manufacturing defect, please email returns@ctmwoodworx.org within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  2. Return Process:
  • Defect Reporting: Notify us at defects@ctmwoodworx.org with a picture of the defect with a detailed description and provide photographic evidence. This must be done within the specified timeframe from the date of receipt.
  • Inspection: Our team will assess your report and photos to confirm if the defect is related to manufacturing.
  • Approval and Return Instructions: If the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue, we will approve the return and provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the product back. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  1. Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive the returned item and confirm the defect, we will either replace the product or offer a full refund.  
  2. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that any damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or alterations made after purchase will not qualify for return or exchange.

Exclusions:

Our cutting boards and other wood items are crafted to be food safe using mineral oil and waterproof Titebond 3 glue. However, they are still wood products and should not be subjected to a dishwasher or prolonged exposure to water. We do not accept returns for any damage that occurs due to water exposure.  We do not accept returns or refunds on custom made furniture, such as coffee tables, dining tables, barn doors, or any other project that we build specific to one project.  

Restocking Fees:

We do not charge a restocking fee. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we aim to make the return process as straightforward as possible.
